Will Baker is a film producer with a strong background in hospitality and live events. From intimate dinners to large-scale festivals, he has a passion for creating memorable and meaningful experiences for every guest. His event portfolio includes major productions such as Palm Springs’ Modernism Week, Coachella, and Lollapalooza. Will earned his B.A. in Production from Cal State LA’s Television, Film, and Media Studies Department, where he played a key role in transforming a modest student film showcase into a three-day industry-level festival. He later returned to Cal State LA, where he now contributes to the planning and execution of numerous high-profile university events—including nine commencement ceremonies celebrating 6500 graduates—further sharpening his expertise in production and guest experience. In 2023, he produced the short film Artificial, which premiered at Outfest. Most recently, he served as a producer for the upcoming comedy short Naughty Maids, slated for release in late 2025. Will is honored to bring his creativity and experience to the SQFF Event Team.
